DESCRIPTION:The UK’s Biggest Grassroots Transplant Football Festival\nIf you’re looking to make this year one to remember\, look no further. We aim to make SGP 2023 the largest youth & adult football festival in the UK. There is no better place than to hold our 1st event at the home of the England National team. On the Preticgious FIFA 2 graded Sir Alf Ramsey Indoor Pitch. \nWho Can Attend?\nSGP 2023 is for all Transplant recipients ages 11 to 50+ who have received an organ\, stem cell or Xeno transplant.  As long as you are medically fit and passed by our doctor\, you are welcome to attend and join in the festivities.  \nWhat is involved?\nNo matter your age we have lots of fun activities\, games and a chance to tour the National Training Centre. \nChildren aged 11 – 16  will meet our youth development coaches and learn more about the new Youth Academy.  The day will consist of playing some small-sided games\, Fun skills practices\, followed by a mini-football tournament.  \nYou may even spot an England Lion or Lioness hovering around. \nIf you are aged 16+\, you will be with the England Transplant 1st Team coaches. A chance to try some of our Elite Player program drills\, skills and team-building activities.  \nThen finishing the day off with mini-games and lots of fun meeting new and old friends. Now is your chance to showcase your football talent and maybe get selected for the development or 1st team squad. \nHow Much does it Cost to attend?\nSGP 2023 Transplant Football Festival is FREE\, thanks to our 1st team sponsor the NKF.  \nDue to the size of the venue and security policies\, there are Limited spaces available for this event.  \nWe have capped the Kids and teens at 35 participants and Seniors at 40. (this may change depending on interest and facility availability) \nNext Steps\nWhen you have registered and submitted the medical form. Our England medical team will check and verify everything is ok to proceed.
